Such a solution ensures steady heating of the chocolate. No risk of burning chocolate at all, because the temperature controller won’t allow the walls to heat up above 50°C.

Together with an incubator for cocoa butter crystals and a compact vibrating table, this wheeled machine turns into a desktop mini-factory — a 4 devices with separate connection to power: a bowl, a mixer, an incubator and a vibrating table.
As we described earlier, a bowl can only heat. It can’t cool like an automatic tempering machine, so for instant chocolate pre-crystallization while working with a wheeled machine we recommend using cocoa butter silk — a concentrate of stable crystals which is made in an incubator for cocoa butter crystals.
